GDT announces a new research result: Energy Harvesting Platform for Autonomous Systems
ENASES platform is the result of an intense 4-year technology development in the context of the MEMSENSE collaborative research and development project. ENASES comprises of commercial energy harvesting devices (vibration harvesting microgenerators and/or PV cells), a custom energy management IC (ASC) and purpose built energy management SW library. Together, these subsystems form a complete, renewable power sources for wireless sensors, wearble devices and small robots. ASC integrates a novell energy meter and digital interface to the host processor.
